SALEM, N.H. — A significant announcement will soon reveal the occupant of a 120,000 square foot medical space at Tuscan Village, according to Thomas Farrelly, executive director of the Cushman & Wakefield real estate firm.
The firm was recently chosen as the executive leasing agent responsible for 1.3 million square feet of office and medical space at Tuscan Village, the largest building project in Salem’s history.
Little is known about what businesses will fill the 170-acre mixed use development, but developer Joe Faro said at the end of 2018 that legal proceedings were wrapping up, meaning the string of major announcements is on its way.
Phase one of the project is done, consisting of luxury townhouses, 256 apartments, a Ford dealership, retail shops and a Market Basket. The second phase is slated for completion in May, with $45 million in road work, drainage and utility work underway.
